Function:
* You will join our dynamic Customer Care team in Genk and ensure a good and structural cooperation with our customers and internal departments
* You will be responsible for a follow-up of our customers from A to Z (order entry, administration, operational follow-up, ...). "Are customer agreements respected? Are the desired results achieved? Are there other opportunities for Move within the customer’s company?"
* You will monitor service performance and take action (with your team or other departments) when performance is not met
* You will register and follow up complaints accurately and inform the customer about the status of these complaints
* You will report to the Team Leader Customer Care
Profile:
* You preferably have a bachelor's degree. Experience in a similar position is a plus
* You have a very good knowledge of the Dutch and English language orally and in writing. Knowledge of German or French is a plus
* You have excellent communication skills. Customer-friendliness is important to you and you can be assertive when needed
* You have a very good knowledge of MS Office
* You have a genuine interest in new working methods, you are curious and like to put the dot on the "i"
