About The Role
An international organization is launching a major modernization initiative: replacing the current on-premise ETL solution (
Informatica PowerCenter
) with a modern, scalable, and future-proof data integration platform. This is a multi-year transformation impacting multiple Agile Release Trains and requiring strong alignment between business priorities, architecture decisions, and delivery execution.
As
Epic Owner
, you take end-to-end ownership of this strategic program. You define the vision, drive the roadmap, coordinate stakeholders and dependencies, and ensure measurable progress from legacy replacement to adoption of the target solution.
Your responsibilities
* Lead vendor selection: manage RFI/RFP preparation, evaluation, and decision-making in close collaboration with procurement and architecture teams
* Define the strategic vision and migration roadmap for replacing the legacy ETL platform with the future solution
* Build and manage epics and business cases, including KPIs, success metrics, acceptance criteria, and value tracking
* Drive prioritization and alignment across ARTs, ensuring clarity on scope, dependencies, and sequencing
* Prepare and facilitate PI Planning, ensuring teams are aligned and delivery is coordinated
* Coordinate cross-team and cross-ART dependencies, milestones, risks, and mitigation actions
* Ensure compliance with standards related to data quality, security, governance, and privacy
* Support change management and adoption, including communication, training approach, and stakeholder engagement
Your profile
Business & delivery
* Strong understanding of ICT Procurement and enterprise decision-making processes
* Proven experience in Project / Program Management within complex transformation initiatives
* Comfortable operating in a SAFe / Agile-at-scale environment (Epic Owner, PO, PM, etc.)
* Strong stakeholder management skills across business, IT, architecture, engineering, and vendors
Technical background
* Minimum 5 years of experience in data integration, ETL systems, or data engineering
* Solid knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter / ETL concepts
* Strong understanding of modern data integration platforms and cloud-based solutions

* Clear, structured, and convincing communication style
