We are looking for a Senior Bid Manager to lead the end-to-end proposal lifecycle for our most strategic, high-value opportunities in the private sector. In this role, you will act as the orchestrator of complex IT transformation bids (Cloud, Digital Workplace, Applications). You will partner closely with Sales, Solution Architects, Finance, Legal, and Delivery teams to craft winning proposals that align with client business needs while ensuring profitability and manageable risk for the company.

You will not just manage the process; you will drive the bid strategy, articulate the value proposition, and ensure the final proposal is highly competitive and persuasive.

Experience

* 7–10+ years of professional experience in the IT services or technology consulting industry.
* 5+ years of direct experience as a Bid Manager, Proposal Manager, or Senior Presales Manager leading complex, multi-million euro IT outsourcing or digital transformation deals.
* Proven experience managing bids specifically targeting large private-sector enterprises (Financial Services, Insurances & Banking, Retail, Manufacturing).

Bid Strategy & Qualification: Lead the qualification process (Go/No-Go decisions) and collaborate with Account Managers to define the win strategy, value proposition, and competitive positioning for large enterprise deal

End-to-End Orchestration: Project manage the entire bid lifecycle from initial RFI/RFP receipt to contract signature. Establish clear timelines, assign responsibilities, and ensure strict adherence to deadlin

Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Solution Architects (IT, Cloud, Comms), Pricing/Finance experts, Legal counsel, and Delivery Managers to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive respo

Commercial & Financial Structuring: Work closely with Finance and Sales to build the business

Risk Management: Conduct thorough risk assessments (technical, financial, legal, and operational) and ensure appropriate mitigation strategies are included in the proposal and approved by the Risk Comm

Proposal Writing & Quality Assurance: Oversee the drafting, editing, and integration of the proposal documents. Ensure the narrative is client-centric, persuasive, and clearly communicates the business ROI (moving beyond purely technical descrip


* tions).
Governance & Approvals: Manage internal governance processes, organizing bid reviews (e.g., Red Team reviews) and securing executive sign-offs before sub


mission.
