To accelerate our digital transformation, we are looking for a Tech Lead .NET who wants to shape the future of our applications and guide our development teams to excellence. What You Will Do Provide technical leadership in .NET Lead the development of our core mission critical cloud based business applications. Define and validate modern cloud native architectures: Azure, .Net (Core), Flutter, APIs, microservices, service bus. Guarantee scalability, security, and maintainability across all solutions. Select the right tools, libraries, and frameworks for each project. Design high‑quality software components aligned with engineering best practices. Build backend architectures and cloud‑based applications in a Microsoft ecosystem. DevOps & Reliability Implement and oversee CI/CD pipelines for smooth, automated deployments that assure quality delivery Ensure monitoring, event logging and incident management in production environments. Team Leadership Mentor, coach and support the growth of .NET developers & analysts. Participate in recruitment and technical assessments. Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement. Quality & Best Practices Define and enforce development best practices & standards. Conduct code reviews. Promote unit testing, integration testing, regression testing through automation. Continuously optimize performance, security and code quality. Collaboration & Inovation Work closely with the Head of IT and business stakeholders to translate needs into digital solutions. Contribute to sprint planning, prioritization, and roadmap discussions. Stay ahead of technical evolutions such as AI and apply them in our solution and way of working. Identify opportunities to improve tools, processes and architectures. Master's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience). At least 8 years of experience in .NET software development. Strong background in application architecture and Azure cloud native solutions Solid experience with quality assurance Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments. Methodical, rigorous, analytical and proactive. Strong leadership skills, you know how to elevate a team. Passionate about clean code, innovation and technical excellence.
