At the same time, there is a clear ambition to increase overall cybersecurity maturity, particularly in detection, response, and proactive security practices.Role & ResponsibilitiesThis is a hands-on, technical cybersecurity engineering role with a strong emphasis on threat detection, vulnerability management, and operational security.Core ResponsibilitiesConduct threat hunting activities to proactively identify suspicious behaviors, anomalies, and potential intrusionsAnalyze logs, endpoints, and network data to detect advanced threats and improve detection capabilitiesManage and improve the vulnerability management lifecycle: Scanning, analysis, prioritization, and remediation trackingOversee and optimize patch management processes in coordination with infrastructure teamsPerform security tool configuration and tuning (SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanners, etc.)Support incident detection and response activities from an engineering perspectiveContribute to application security (AppSec) practices where relevantParticipate in the migration to the new infrastructure, ensuring security is embedded by designExecute day-to-day operational (“run”) security tasks across the environmentContinuously enhance detection rules, use cases, and overall security monitoring maturityNice-to-Have / PlusExperience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts and toolsExposure to SOC environments or collaboration with SOC teamsFamiliarity with threat intelligence integrationProfile SoughtStrong hands-on cybersecurity engineering experience (not governance-focused)Proven experience in: Threat hunting Vulnerability management Security operations / engineeringComfortable working in operational environments (run + build)Experience with security tools configuration and tuning (e.G., SIEM, EDR, scanners)Broad understanding of infrastructure and security architectureAbility to work autonomously while contributing to a larger transformation programFluent in French and English
