Financial Manager – Ghent Region

We are looking for a Financial Manager to join a fast-growing, dynamic organisation in the Ghent area. In this role, you will lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis, acting as a key partner to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
Deliver accurate management reporting and KPI insights to support strategic decision-making
Ensure financial compliance, data integrity, and best practices across ERP and reporting systems
Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
~5+ years of experience in finance, controlling, or FP&A
~ Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, etc.)
~ Solid experience with ERP systems
~ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Collaboration with senior leadership in a technology-driven environment
