The Facility Coordinator coordinates with all departments, suppliers, subcontractors and other service providers to ensure that all facility-related operations run smoothly and efficiently. Supervise security measures, such as access control and surveillance systems Manage facility installations, such as the sprinkler system, the air compressor, the dryer, fire detection plan or air conditioning plan Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the facilities Supervise Liege Pest Control Program Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential facility related improvements Collaborate with the Facility Worker to implement facility improvements Liaise with suppliers and service providers for routine and emergency repairs Follow contracts of facility services in collaboration with the Purchasing Team Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures Ensure compliance with quality, environment, health and safety regulations Coordinate space planning and office moves if necessary Respond to facility-related inquiries and requests from employees and tenants Work with project teams on facility related projects or manage them when required Handle external audits to guarantee compliance with laws and regulations Act as the operational point of contact with the landlordTechnical skills : Strong knowledge of facility management principles and practices Proficiency in using MS Office Knowledge of facility management tools is a plus Knowledge of health and safety regulations Knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical infrastructure Generic skills : Fluent in French and good knowledge of English Behavioral skills : Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
