We are currently looking for experienced MEP Design Engineers to support the delivery of a large-scale hospital (100,000m2) —one of the most significant projects of its kind in Belgium.

This is a complex, multidisciplinary environment, requiring strong coordination across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Your RoleLead the design of your assigned area (HVAC / Electrical / Plumbing)Perform load calculations & technical designProduce design notes & documentationCoordinate with other disciplines (MEP)Review and validate Revit models (created by offshore teams)Ensure quality and technical accuracy across designsAttend technical meetings and liaise with stakeholders
This is a design-led role, not pure modelling.
What We're Looking For5–15 years' experience in MEP design (HVAC / Electrical)Background in engineering consultancy / study office preferredStrong experience in complex building projects (hospital experience is a plus)Knowledge of Revit (MEP) – modelling not required, but beneficialAbility to manage design scope independentlyFluent Dutch (Flemish) required
