Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced D365 F&O Functional Specialist to join a global, industry-leading manufacturing organisation operating across multiple international markets.
This role will play a key part in analysing, designing, and optimising procurement, inventory, and logistics processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, supporting ongoing digital transformation initiatives across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse and translate business requirements into functional solutions within Dynamics 365 F&O
* Configure and optimise Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, and Transportation Management modules
* Support supply chain planning, forecasting, and logistics processes to improve operational efficiency
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to deliver scalable ERP solutions
* Support testing, user training, documentation, and post-go-live activities
* Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and recommending system enhancements
Requirements:
* 2–5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
* Strong functional knowledge of: Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Transportation Management
* Understanding of supply chain planning and forecasting principles
* Exposure to forecasting methodologies; experience with Microsoft Demand Planning app is a plus
* Experience working in a manufacturing or supply chain-driven environment
* Strong stakeholder communication and requirement-gathering skills
