Main Responsibilities
A. Production Supervision & Material Running
Supervise on-site production using Lamipak materials on customer filling machines.
Ensure stable machine operation during trials, start-up, and mass production phases.
Monitor performance indicators (machine efficiency, waste, alarms, output consistency).
Identify deviations in real-time and take immediate corrective actions.
Drive transition from trial conditions to stable industrial production.
B. Edge Format Kit Installation & Validation
Install and configure Edge format kits on filling machines.
Verify correct mechanical integration and functional alignment with machine systems.
Execute validation activities to confirm kit performance under production conditions.
Ensure compatibility between material, machine, and kit configuration.
Document validation results, risks, and technical findings.
C. Troubleshooting & Technical Resolution
Diagnose issues related to material behavior, kit performance, and machine interaction.
Perform root cause analysis for alarms, instability, or quality defects.
Implement immediate fixes and define longer-term corrective actions.
Replace or adjust kits when required to restore performance.
Escalate complex issues with clear technical evidence and data.
D. Testing & Continuous Optimization
Execute structured testing during trials and production phases.
Optimize machine parameters in coordination with material and kit requirements.
Support improvement of machine-material compatibility and robustness.
Capture lessons learned to support future deployments and standardization.
E. Site Coordination & Technical Representation
Act as the on-site technical representative during Edge projects.
Coordinate with customer operators, maintenance teams, and internal stakeholders.
Provide clear, fact-based communication on performance, risks, and progress.
Support operator guidance to ensure correct handling of material and equipment.
