Your RoleAs a Business Analyst SAP, you will work on strategic and operational projects aimed at improving business performance through SAP solutions. You will collaborate with clients across pharma industries, manufacturing, energy, and more to deliver impactful results in areas such as:Project DeliveryAnalyze and map business processes to identify optimization opportunitiesSupport SAP implementations, upgrades, and integrations (e.g. S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP BW)Translate business requirements into functional specifications and coordinate with technical teamsConduct testing, validation, and user training to ensure successful deploymentClient EngagementAct as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their operational challenges and proposing SAP-based solutionsServe as a bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring digital solutions are aligned with both strategic goals and operational realitiesEnsure solutions are aligned with both strategic goals and day-to-day business realitiesTeam CollaborationWork closely with SAP consultants, developers, and cross-functional business teamsContribute to innovative, sustainable deliverables within agile or hybrid project environments
Your ProfileMaster's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field1–5 years of experience in SAP projects (Business Analysis, functional analysis, implementation, support, or optimization) in Life SciencesFluent in Dutch and/or French with strong command of EnglishFamiliarity with SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, or SuccessFactorsStrong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectivesExperience with project management tools or Agile methodologies is a plusPassionate about digital transformation, enterprise systems, and business impact
