Location
Gent (Ghent), Belgium – Ardena Gent branch.
What You Will Work On
* Conduct analytical development and quality control of early‑phase clinical materials according to GMP.
* Develop, validate, and document analytical methods for drugs and raw materials.
* Serve as the subject‑matter expert on oligonucleotide and biological product analytics.
* Plan and manage the assigned analytical package independently.
* Mentor associate scientists and contribute to lab management improvements.
* Collaborate with method developers, compliance, and project managers to align timelines.
Your Profile
* PhD in a scientific discipline (preferably a PhD).
* At least 3 years of relevant laboratory experience in chromatographic methods (HPLC, UPLC, GC), dissolution, Karl Fisher and spectroscopic assays.
* Strong knowledge of oligonucleotide chemistry and biological drug product attributes.
* Experience in a GMP quality control environment.
* Problem‑solving mindset, team player, stress resistant and analytical.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
