As Client Manager, you are the crucial link within our Public Markets team. In this role you combine technical expertise with commercial flair, developing your client relationships in a sustainable and attractive way.
* You will take on a portfolio of public clients focused on the Public Sector, Healthcare and Education sectors;
* You expand your client portfolio by actively prospecting, preparing quotes and maintaining client relationships;
* You professionally represent our company to clients, insurers and other relevant stakeholders;
* You draw up offers aimed at specific target groups within the Public Markets;
* You closely follow developments within the field to always stay up-to-date;
* You act as a consultant when presenting audit reports and supervising government contracts;
* You manage client files, mainly for public entities, negotiating with insurers and informing clients on relevant legislation around public procurement;
* You collaborate within a team with technical consultants and brokers to achieve common goals.
Profile
The Ideal Candidate
* Holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Insurance, or has similar relevant experience;
* Has a solid basic knowledge of the insurance sector, with preferred initial work experience in this industry, as well as an understanding of public procurement legislation;
* Has both technical competencies and a strong motivation to develop further in the commercial field;
* Has an excellent command of the Dutch language and can follow conversations in French;
* Has a penchant for analysis and numerical tasks;
* Attaches value to quality, works in a structured way and sets high standards for himself and the work;
* Is strong in administrative tasks and has a very good command of MS Office;
* Is dynamic, professional, eager to learn, stress-resistant, accurate and takes initiative;
* Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team;
* Possesses a winner's mentality and strives to be successful.
