We are looking for an experienced
Project Manager/ Delivery Manager
to lead a strategic transformation project focused on revamping core technical assets and implementing an
event-based architecture
.
Your Responsibilities
* Project Framing & Planning
* Validate technical objectives and explore solutions with architecture teams.
* Define project delivery strategy and formalise into a roadmap with milestones.
* Technical Leadership
* Coordinate the revamp of:
o Database for assets & contracts.
o Database hosting time series (e.g., production forecasts).
o Data integration architecture for information exchange and risk management.
* Participate in architectural discussions and ensure technical framing is aligned.
* Delivery & Change Management
* Manage build phases while ensuring day-to-day operations continue.
* Coordinate releases and roll-out plans with IS teams and users.
* Oversee post-release support and follow-up actions.
* Team Coordination
* Align and manage 4 technical teams (internal and external resources).
* Assign responsibilities and monitor progress.
* Risk & Quality Management
* Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
* Ensure compliance with specifications, deadlines, and budget.
* Propose adjustments when constraints or environmental changes occur.
* Communication
* Report project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders in dedicated forums.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in
project management
with a strong technical focus.
* Solid understanding of:
* Time series data
and data modelling.
* Cloud environments (AWS)
.
* Logical data architecture and processing approaches.
* Ability to manage complex build projects and coordinate multiple teams.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
