Talent Expert is a vital role in driving the success of our organization by identifying, developing, and retaining top talent. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing talent-related projects, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
This position requires a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Talent Expert will be responsible for coordinating performance management processes, developing strategic workforce plans, and designing retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Talent Review: Organize and facilitate talent review sessions with line managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs). Consolidate and analyze talent data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
* Succession Planning: Develop and implement succession plans for critical roles. Identify and support high-potential talent for key positions and future leadership roles.
* Performance Management: Coordinate performance management processes (objectives setting, PDPs, evaluations). Provide hands-on support to managers and HR in the execution of these processes.
* Strategic Workforce Planning: Develop strategic workforce plans addressing future staffing needs. Align with HR and other departments to develop effective workforce strategies.
* Talent Retention: Design and implement retention strategies. Analyze exit data and propose retention improvements.
Requirements:
* Must-Have Experience: Proven experience managing talent-related projects (min. 5 years): talent review, performance management, succession planning, workforce planning, internal mobility.
* Skilled in Drafting and Updating HR/Talent Policies and Guidelines: Demonstrated stakeholder management capabilities. Strong experience facilitating workshops with stakeholders.
* Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities: structured, concise, accessible, accurate.
* Fluency in Both French and Dutch (Spoken and Written): Solid knowledge of talent management processes.
Additional Information: You will be part of the HR Talent team within the People & Tech Solutions department. The team supports strategic goals by developing and delivering integrated talent management strategies under the Managed Service Provider 2 (MSP2) framework agreement handled by Solvus.
