Context :
We are looking for a skilled analyst to contribute to PCR sample testing support for biodistribution assessment of gene therapy assets. The individual will also have an opportunity to participate in implementation of LIMS processes to manage data capture and reporting of ddPCR data.
Early Development Bioanalysis is a team that sits within PM and is responsible for multiple key activities, supporting non-regulatory Biodistribution, PK & Immunogenicity assessments for NBE and Gene Therapy.
You will operate in a matrix environment working with a wide range of internal stakeholders including Therapeutic Area project teams, Non-Clinical Safety, Quantitative Discovery & Development, Translational Medicine, Biostatisticians and Quality Assurance colleagues.
Your responsabilities :
* Work within a bioanalytical team in a non-regulated environment to support ddPCR sample testing for biodistribution assessment of pre-clinical gene therapy assets.
* Have an opportunity to contribute to optimization of existing processes to enable robust and efficient delivery of pivotal data to project teams.
* Ensure adherence to quality standards while supporting the delivery of assays and critical data sets within project deadlines.
* You will be fully trained on analytical methods for matrix handling, nucleotide extraction, ddPCR analysis, and data reporting.
Your profile :
* BSc and preferably an MSc in a biological discipline
* 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Bioanalysis.
* Experience with PCR techniques, including DNA/RNA extraction, is preferred
* Experience with health and safety processes working in a BSL2 environment including work with tissue and liquid biopsy samples and/or viral vectors
* An ability to work in a matrix team and communicate clearly.
