Supplier Performance Manager Job
We are seeking a skilled Supplier Performance Manager to lead and optimize supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of KPI management, excellent analytical and organizational skills, and proficiency in performance management tools.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage supplier performance by defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring they are tracked effectively.
* Develop continuous improvement plans to optimize supplier quality, timelines, and reliability.
* Analyze supplier risks and implement action plans to anticipate and mitigate potential issues.
* Work closely with procurement, production, and quality teams to align performance strategies and ensure production requirements are met.
* Coordinate supplier audits and compliance evaluations to ensure adherence to company standards and requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Master's degree in engineering, supply chain, procurement, or a related field.
* 5-10 years of experience in supplier performance management or a similar role, ideally in an industrial environment.
* Deep understanding of KPI management, excellent analytical and organizational skills, proficiency in performance management tools.
* Proficiency in both English and French.
