Dutch-Speaking Entertainment Presenter – Live & Work in Madrid

Your Role
As an Entertainment Presenter, you will be the face of live online entertainment:
* Host and present live sessions in Dutch
* Engage with customers in a fun and interactive way
* Deliver an exciting and high-quality on-camera experience
* Work in a modern, professional studio environment
What You'll Get
Contract
* Permanent contract from day one
* 35 hours/week
Salary
* Base salary: €1,500/month
* Dutch language bonus: €4/hour (on camera)
* Performance bonus: up to €3/hour
* Average total: €1,850 – €2,100/month gross
Relocation Package
Moving to Spain? Everything is covered:
* Flight (or train if already in Spain)
* 25 days of accommodation upon arrival
* €1,500 relocation bonus:
o €1,000 with first salary
o €500 with second salary
Work Schedule
* Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night)
* 4–5 working days per week + 2–3 days off
* Schedules shared in advance
* Option to swap shifts with colleagues
Example shifts:
* Morning: 07:55 – 15:00
* Afternoon: 14:55 – 23:00
* Night: 22:55 – 08:00 (+20% extra pay)
Training (Paid)
* 2 weeks of fully paid training
* Monday to Friday, 6 hours/day
* Learn everything from presentation skills to live entertainment hosting
* Monthly schedules shared 2 weeks in advance
* Flexible shift-swapping options
