Our activities include asset allocation, investment research, portfolio monitoring and reporting and broader wealth-related services. Our in-house digital platform consolidates all asset classes, including listed equities, private markets, real estate and direct holdings.
Private market investments are a core part of our investment research. To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Private Market Investment Analyst with a strong focus on portfolio reporting, data quality, and process improvement.
Role Description
As a Private Market Investment Analyst, your primary focus will be on portfolio reporting, data analysis, and process optimization related to client portfolios and private market investments. You will ensure that investment data used for client reporting is accurate and consistent. Alongside this, you will support the private markets team in investment analysis and portfolio monitoring, providing you with exposure to the investment process in a family office setting.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Reporting & Data
* Assemble, verify, analyse, and process transaction data and portfolio positions across client portfolios
* Prepare and maintain quarterly client portfolio reporting
* Ensure high standards of data quality, consistency, and reconciliation across systems and custodians
* Support the development and improvement of data automation, reporting tools, and internal processes
* Work closely with the team across investment, reporting, and operational responsibilities to ensure accurate and timely client reporting
Private Market Investments
* Support due diligence processes for private market funds
* Analyse private equity, private debt, infrastructure, venture capital, and secondary funds
* Assist in portfolio monitoring and preparation of investment summaries and presentations
* Maintain contact with fund managers
Your Profile
* Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering,
* 0–3 years of relevant experience
* Strong requirements:
* Solid written and verbal communication skills in English, Dutch and French
* Strong analytical mindset with a high attention to detail
* Highest ethical standards, including respect of confidential information
* Confirmed Excel skills; experience with reporting systems, databases, or automation tools is a plus
* General appetite for technology tools, incl. a proactive mindset to keep improving our way of working in an AI environment Interest in private market investments and long-term investing
* Structured, reliable, and hands-on
* Comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial family office environment
