VERDON, a fast-growing EPC company specialized in industrial piping, is reinforcing its senior leadership structure and is currently looking for a Head of QA/QC Piping to take full ownership of its Quality function.
This is not a classic QA/QC role.

The Role & Mission
As Head of QA/QC Piping, you will take responsibility for a 15-person QA/QC department and report at a senior level within the organization.
Your mandate is clear and ambitious:
* Lead, structure and upgrade the QA/QC Piping team
* Significantly raise the maturity level of quality practices across all EPC projects
* Strengthen technical rigor while making QA/QC a value-adding partner, not just a control function
* Drive a modernization and digitalization roadmap, including the integration of AI and data-driven quality tools
* Act as the technical authority and reference for QA/QC Piping, internally and externally
You will play a critical role in ensuring that quality scales in line with the company’s growth, without slowing down execution.
Key Challenges
* Transform an existing department into a center of excellence
* Implement best-in-class QA/QC standards suited to fast-paced EPC environments
* Support complex projects by bringing technical credibility, structure and pragmatism

The Ideal Profile
This opportunity is aimed at a senior QA/QC Piping leader with:
* A strong background in EPC, industrial piping or large-scale projects
* Proven experience managing and developing QA/QC teams
* Deep technical credibility in piping QA/QC, codes and standards
* A change-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset
* The ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
* Languages : French - English
