As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing a client portfolio, managing a team of consultants, and ensuring the successful delivery of engineering services. You will play a key role in shaping our commercial strategy and recruiting top talent to support the activity of our IT entity, Infogene Belgium.
Business Development
Design and present customized service offers in collaboration with technical teams.
Lead contract negotiations and close commercial agreements.
People Management
Foster a positive team culture and encourage continuous learning and growth.
Design personalized career development plans, lead annual performance reviews, and target training programs to strengthen key competencies of your team members, with the help of the HR department.
Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
A first proven experience in sales, business development or recruitment within an IT consulting firm
Strong interpersonal skills, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and a results-driven approach to business development
Fluent in French and English
