Your responsibilities
* Set up and manage SEA campaigns, remarketing, and keyword analyses to generate converting leads.
* Explore new lead sources through innovative digital channels like live chat.
* Set up marketing automation and lead nurturing campaigns via a marketing automation platform to be implemented.
* Optimize our website in collaboration with our webmaster, focusing on SEO, SEA, and UX.
* Report results and insights directly to management.
* Manage our social media channels.
* Report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.
Your qualifications
* You’ve been addicted to data for 3+ years and make online campaigns soar. Any agency or B2B company that lets you go is tearing their hair out.
* Customer journeys and conversion optimization? You know every turn, stoplight, and shortcut.
* Analytical and creative, results-driven and enthusiastic – your can-do attitude is contagious.
* Digital performance tools like GA4 and Google Tag Manager? You know them better than most agencies.
* Campaigns that score on Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and TikTok? You do it with your eyes closed and a smile.
* Fluent in Dutch and English is enough. A nod of understanding for French or German is a bonus.
* HTML/CSS and CMS tools? You speak the same language as our webmaster.
* You collaborate in a marketing dream team: field marketers, webmaster, designer, and PR manager.
* Experience with video content and Adobe Creative Suite? Awesome! If not – no worries, there’s always room to learn.
