International Logistics & Warehouse Manager
Reporting directly to one of the co-CEOs, you will hold group-wide responsibilities, defining strategies, implementing best practices, and guiding teams to deliver world-class results in a dynamic international production environment. Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading and continuously improving group-wide logistics strategies, focusing on stock management and transport flows across all sites.
2. Defining and implementing an international warehouse strategy that anticipates future needs and optimizes cold store capacity and operational processes.
3. Organizing and coordinating all on/off-site transport, ensuring timely deliveries, cost efficiency, and full compliance with international standards.
4. Building and maintaining strong partnerships with logistics service providers, benchmarking costs, service levels, and warehouse performance to secure top results.
5. Establishing clear KPIs with internal stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and enable local teams to meet performance targets.
6. Promoting a culture of customer focus and continuous improvement by reviewing processes, sharing best practices, and implementing innovative solutions across countries.
7. Keeping abreast of new transport routes (rail, road, sea) and emerging technologies to reduce the group’s carbon footprint and ensure adherence to environmental standards such as ISO14001.
**Profiel**
* Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
* Relevant background and successful track record in export, import, and logistics, preferably within an international multi-site production environment.
* Expertise in cold store warehousing, both on-site and off-site, is highly recommended.
* Hands-on knowledge of European road transport planning and execution.
* Skilled in setting up and implementing reporting structures to enhance organizational efficiency.
* Strong analytical, negotiation, and networking skills.
* Ability to build long-term partnerships with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
* Autonomous, ownership-driven, and a team player.
* Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) for order management, inventory tracking, and logistics control.
* Proven leadership skills to motivate and guide international teams, make decisions, and inspire shared goals.
* Flexible and adaptable, capable of operating in a fast-changing environment and handling unexpected challenges constructively.
* Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of other languages (French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese) is a plus.
