- Train and coach employees and Franchise candidates in new and existing stores at the operational level
- Prepare for new store openings and provide support during the process
- Guide and support the OPS team with training programs and projects
- Maintain and promote Domino's and legal standards, procedures, and policies—you are our business card
- Support and follow up on all new products/promotions and handle their communication
- Conduct store visits, evaluations, and training sessions
- Perform STAR Report/FSE visits and train/guide stores on operational performance

- Several years of experience working in a QSR environment
- Enthusiastic, stress-resistant, communicative, flexible, and assertive
- Flexible working hours, including weekdays and weekends
- Valid driver's license - you will often be visiting stores, so you will be covering every corner of Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands
- Proficient in Dutch, French and English, both spoken and written
- You have the right to work in Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands
- Hands-on mentality
