Technical Product Manager, Continuous Improvement & Business Continuity at IBA.
IBA Industrial is the market leader for end-to-end electron and X‑Ray solutions for applications such as medical sterilization, food irradiation, and radio-isotope production. Your Mission
As a Technical Product Manager, you will drive Continuous Improvement and Business Continuity across our solutions and lead cross-functional strategic programs to achieve new product attributes for our integrated offerings.
Responsibilities
* Define, with key internal stakeholders, programs to meet compliance requirements and address obsolescence across the full offering, delivering in a timely manner.
* Ensure compliance, non-conformities, and obsolescence programs are ready for product design and development.
* Identify and address high-risk nonconformities to ensure our solutions meet requirements.
* Analyze and prioritize opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Lead the Product Change Control Board (PCCB) for the integrated solution, collaborating with R&D, Engineering & Supply Chain, and Project Engineering.
* Capture input from Technical Product Managers for Business Continuity & Continuous Improvement within their product scope.
* Integrate Business Continuity & Continuous Improvement programs into the operational product roadmap.
Strategic Program Management
* Lead program definition from strategic ambition to roadmap development, working with value product managers, R&D program managers, and stakeholders.
* Evaluate program performance, coordinate cross-functional teams, and take necessary actions.
* Support marketing regarding program ambition, roadmap, and status.
What We Value
* Master’s degree in engineering or science, or a business background with interest in technologies and industrial fields.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in product or program management, ideally in a similar industry.
* Demonstrated leadership and organization skills, with strong communication, assertiveness, and stakeholder influence.
* Ability to develop a strategic and compelling vision for the product’s future.
* Solid technical knowledge of our products, including hands-on experience, with the ability to quickly grasp new information.
* Prior experience with business continuity (compliance, non-conformities, obsolescence) and continuous improvement is a strong asset.
Travel
Ready and flexible to travel up to 10% of the time.

* Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal communication skills, including presenting ideas.
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
