Job Description
As a Legal Counsel Private Banking, your responsibilities are:
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and contracts related to private banking activities.
* Providing legal advice to internal stakeholders on banking regulations and compliance requirements.
* Monitoring legal and regulatory developments in Luxembourg and ensuring company compliance.
* Handling legal matters related to customer agreements, financial products, and services.
* Collaborating with external legal advisors when necessary.
* Supporting the resolution of legal disputes and addressing customer complaints.
* Ensuring alignment with internal policies and industry standards in financial services.
* Contributing to internal training sessions on legal and regulatory topics.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal Counsel Private Banking should have:
* A degree in law, with a focus on banking, finance, or corporate law.
* Proven experience (at least 5 years) in a legal role within the financial services industry.
* Strong knowledge of private banking laws and regulatory frameworks in Luxembourg.
* Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
