Our Business Continuity & Resilience team helps organizations prepare for, manage and recover from disruptions. We design and improve frameworks that strengthen operational resilience, business continuity and disaster recovery.
Help clients develop and enhance Business Continuity and Crisis Management programs (e.g., Advise on governance, roles and responsibilities, and support the planning and execution of testing exercises.
Conduct risk assessments, BIAs and continuity planning to strengthen preparedness.
Work closely with risk, compliance and operations teams to embed resilience into broader risk frameworks.
Support clients on their ISO 22301 certification journey and help increase continuity maturity levels.
A Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
~3–5 years of experience in risk management, business continuity, crisis management or disaster recovery, either in‑house or as a consultant.
~ Solid understanding of business continuity practices (ISO 22301 is a plus).
~ Experience conducting BIAs, risk assessments and continuity planning.
~ Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
~ A proactive, collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently and contribute to business growth.
~ Confidence working with AI tools, with a thoughtful and critical mindset toward applying AI in daily tasks and team collaboration.
