What You'll Do:
* Market Expansion & Growth Strategy — identifying new opportunities, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies for new city launches
* Strategic Partnerships & Merchant Acquisition — building relationships with key merchants, chains, and partners; negotiating commercial agreements
* Revenue & Performance Management — owning revenue targets, tracking metrics, and driving data-driven growth initiatives
* Cross-functional Collaboration — working with Product, Ops, Marketing, and Finance to align BD with company priorities
* Competitive Analysis & Market Intelligence — monitoring trends and translating insights into strategy
What We Need From You:
* Market entry experience in Brazil
* Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
* Strategic/analytical thinking in fast-moving environments
