For a leading client in the
Construction Sector, we’re looking for a
Civil Site Manager
to join a high‑specifications, fast‑track international project. You will be responsible for
overseeing all civil works on‑site, ensuring technical excellence, safety, and timely delivery in a mission‑critical environment.
Your responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate all on-site civil construction activities.
Ensure compliance with
Safety, Quality,
and
Environmental Standards .
Interface with
MEP
teams and other trades to ensure seamless integration.
Supervise subcontractors and ensure timely execution of works.
Monitor progress, manage risks, and report to the Project Manager.
Review
and approve engineering documents, drawings, and schedules.
Maintain high standards of site organization and documentation.
Your profile:
5–10 years of experience in civil site management within the construction industry.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience on data center or mission‑critical infrastructure projects.
Groundworks (earthworks, excavation, backfill, drainage)
RC Structures (pads, slabs, frames)
Steel structures and precast elements
External works (roads, paths, fencing, landscaping)
Familiarity with
CSA
(Civil, Structural, Architectural) packages and coordination with MEP trades.
Engineering degree or equivalent in civil engineering or construction management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments.
Fluent in
English ; other languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel or relocate for the duration of the project.
