As Purchasing Manager, you will oversee both strategic sourcing and operational procurement of materials, equipment, and services essential for industrial operations and facility management. You will report directly to the Managing Director acting as Operations Director, and collaborate closely with production, R&D, finance, and other internal stakeholders.
Manage key strategic suppliers with a proactive, cooperative, and efficient approach.
Lead and develop the purchasing team, setting clear goals and KPIs.
Negotiate supplier contracts to optimize cost, quality, and delivery while supporting working capital objectives.
Implement procurement strategies aligned with production schedules, cost targets, and product evolution.
Document procedures and ensure traceability for management, training, and ISO compliance.
Mitigate supply chain risks through dual sourcing and contingency planning.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial purchasing or supply chain management.
Fluent in French and English; other languages are an asset.
