* Act as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers, providing guidance across the full employee lifecycle in compliance with Belgian employment law
* Manage and coordinate HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, personnel administration, employee data changes, and policy implementation, in collaboration with international teams
* Own the day-to-day management of employee benefits programs, including liaison with external providers and brokers, and payroll/tax alignment and supervision
* Lead or contribute to HR and benefits-related projects aimed at improving employee experience and operational efficiency
* Support engagement and wellbeing initiatives across a multi-country professional services environment
* Minimum 4+ years of experience in a generalist HR role with exposure to payroll and benefits
* Solid knowledge of Belgian employment law
* Experience working with external vendors and benefits providers
* Background in a professional services or complex organizational environment is a strong asset
* Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent relevant experience
* Proven experience in HR project implementation
* Experience with HRIS tools (e.g. Workday) is considered a plus
* Fluent in English and French or Dutch
