Planning Manager (M/F/X)

« Stratégie, lead & développement de projets sont vos maîtres mots ! » Job Purpose:
· Manage the supply planning activities at site level [0-3 months], which involves overseeing team performance/ Holds people management responsibility.
· Overall responsibility for determining the production scheduling plan and the production capacity needed by an organization to meet changing demands for products. Understands how the business operates and plans for future capacity requirements. Undertakes planning activities to ensure targets are met and optimize manufacturing efficiency, stock levels and costs.
Key Accountabilities:
Strategy and Development
· Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice in production supply planning activities (capacity planning vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures) to aid and improve operational performance
General and Task Management
· Responsible for capacity planning/production scheduling and for development of these services in the organization
· Refine systems and methods to continually improve plans so that the organization can better anticipate customer needs
· Maintain and review the Masterdatas (production & planning)
· Lead production planning activities ensuring delivery against operational requirements, and which optimize manufacturing efficiency and costs
· Lead vendor planning activities (raw material, packaging, others) ensuring delivery against operational production requirements and inventory optimization & costs
2. Vos talents
Who are you ? · Minimum of 5-10 years in manufacturing / supplychain, planning experience in a related industry
· Leadership capability & team management experience (manager)
· Minimum master in SupplyChain diploma or equivalent. Preferred APICS certified∙
· Good cooperation and communication skills
· Ability to read write and communicate fluent in English.
· Lean/continuous improvement knowledges
