Your Mission: You will work closely with the Founder to understand the Bookwarm brand values, vision and mission. Strategize and brainstorm together with the Founder, to build social media campaigns. Implement tailored campaigns for selected social media platforms. Your job is to tell stories loudly and beautifully that every book lover in Belgium and Europe will want to join our Circle. Who are we looking for? Content builder with an eye for Design: You are not shy and love being creative and daring, are hands-on and can communicate stories (narratives) easily, via Social Media platforms. Social Native & Trends Analyser: You understand trends and audiences and can tailor content based on it. The content should make people stop. Focus is on Instagram, Tik Tok and Facebook. A Hunter: You research on influencers and groups and find a way to get them talking about Bookwarm. Tools : You know how to use design and editing tools. You love to learn new tools. Data Analytics: The SM Content Builder will build on data analytics from the platforms, understand how data/SEOs work and use it to tailor future content. Communication Skills : Excellent English and a strong French/Dutch is needed. Nice-to-have Proficient in Excel for data analytics. If you love reading books, it is a big plus.
