Responsibilities
Negotiate, draft, and review a wide range of international commercial agreements (e.g., contracts with universities, customers, suppliers, IP contracts, services, procurement, collaboration and development agreements).;
Advise business stakeholders (sales, procurement, R&D, innovation teams) on legal risks and translate complex legal matters into clear, pragmatic guidance.;
Balance legal risk with commercial objectives, enabling the business to move forward confidently.;
Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel where needed, ensuring efficient and solution‑oriented legal support.;
Contribute to building and strengthening the legal function as a business partner in a growing and evolving international context.;
Engage directly with senior stakeholders, including executive leadership, in a flat organizational structure.;
Qualifications
European Master’s degree in Law;
At least 8 years of experience in commercial law, ideally as an in‑house counsel in an international environment;
Strong expertise in international commercial contracts and IP‑related aspects;
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken;
Strong interest in innovation, technology and the automotive or robotics sector;
Team player with a strong focus on transparency and knowledge sharing;
Analytical and solution‑driven with a pragmatic approach;
Confidently advise on complex legal matters and communicate clearly and effectively to the business;
Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to the business;
Hands‑on and able to strike the right balance between legal theory and business reality;
Eager to broaden legal knowledge to new areas of expertise and jurisdictions.
