As a Project Manager Digital Solutions you will oversee the execution and completion of digital projects. You will work with the project team in performing and organizing work activities and apply customer objectives into the approach. “Digital projects” covers a wide variety of solutions we deliver. From data capturing, data analytics and dashboarding/reporting over paperless production and OEE optimization to a complete door-to-door MOMS (Manufacturing Operations Management System). Act as the main point of contact with the client throughout the complete project Ensure that the project operates within budget and scope Monitor project execution in accordance with the approved plan, that all deliverables are prepared to meet the agreed schedule and the deliverables meet our quality standards Identify and evaluate the risks and opportunities associated with the project activities and take appropriate action Progress reporting Always ensure optimal customer satisfaction through your good follow-up Manage and motivate your project staff by providing direction, input and feedback You share ideas and work together with other Project Managers within our company. Who are you? You demonstrate an understanding of Manufacturing Operation System (MOM) or level 3 information flows. Knowledge about the Food & Beverage, Life Sciences or Fine Chemical industry and its processes (logistics, planning and scheduling, scanning, labelling, traceability, recipe management, …) is a plus. You have knowledge about data driven solutions (data collection and platforms, Unified Name Spaces, dashboarding and reporting, advanced analytics, …) Knowledge of and/or experience with products and tools we use (Momentum MES, AVEVA MES, Ignition, Sepasoft, Grafana, PowerBI) is a plus. You have a pragmatic approach to solving problems, and are result (yet customer) oriented: You can empathise with the customer's situation and are always attentive to possible questions/problems/improvements. Show a strong team spirit in areas like knowledge sharing, take ownership for project deliverables, and project executions. You are able to communicate in an assertive and constructive way to both the client and the team. You have a solution-oriented mindset and are open to take on new challenges You are willing to make short term trips abroad You express yourself fluently in English and Dutch ; French is a plus What’s in it for you?
