Talent Acquisition Specialist
Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on managing and executing the Business-as-Usual (BAU) recruitment operating model globally, ensuring process adherence, operational excellence, and continuous improvement through data and tool management.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and sustain the implementation of the global BAU recruitment operating model across Zones
* Govern and maintain end-to-end recruitment process standards (from demand planning to pre-boarding)
* Actively monitor process adherence and operational consistency across zones
* Identify inefficiencies and support process improvements based on data and operational insights
Operational Analytics & KPIs
* Track and maintain global and regional Talent Attraction KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, tools adoption, source performance)
* Maintain dashboards and recurring performance reports
* Support data quality, reporting, and dashboard maintenance
* Translate data into clear insights, risks, and improvement actions
* Support monthly and quarterly BAU performance reviews
Technology & Tools (Hands-on)
* Actively support the implementation of Recruitment technology tools (e.g., ATS, CRM, etc.)
* Lead and maintain cross-functional collaboration with People Tech & People transformation
* Actively look for technology enhancements by staying connected with key vendors and the market to anticipate recruitment trends
* Monitor usage, data quality, and adoption against global standards, and monitor the ROI of tools piloted/implemented
* Act as first-level support for operational tool-related questions
* Support testing and rollout process and tool enhancements
Stakeholder & Execution Support
* Partner closely with Zone Talent Attraction and BSC teams to ensure strong BAU execution
* Support alignment between global guidelines and local operational realities
* Manage external vendors on operational topics

Requisitos e qualificações
Required Skills & Experience
Technical
* Comfortable working with data, KPIs, and dashboards
* Experience in recruitment operations
* Hands-on experience with ATS, recruitment workflows, and sourcing tools
* Project Management and Change Management skills
* Experience in system implementation
* Bachelor’s degree completed
* English advanced level to conduct meetings, presentations, build reports, and communicate with confidence
