We are currently looking for a Junior IT Project Manager to support a leading client in delivering a uniform customer creation process and harmonized customer data management.
Mission Context
The client is aiming to standardize and optimize its customer onboarding across all business units.
The project focuses on:
• Defining and implementing a standardized customer creation, validation, and onboarding process
• Establishing a clear governance model (roles, responsibilities, KPIs)
• Harmonizing, cleaning, and aligning existing customer data across systems and business units
• Creating a single, consistent, and reliable customer view to support initiatives like Customer 360, AI-driven insights, and cross-selling opportunities
• Ensuring alignment between business and IT and driving adoption and change within the organization
• Leading system implementation efforts (Salesforce and other relevant tools)
Function Description
Project Management & Implementation
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of a standardized customer creation process
• Drive system implementations and enhancements across business units
• Ensure alignment between business stakeholders and IT teams
• Monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables to meet timelines and objectives
Data Harmonization & Quality Management
• Harmonize and clean customer data across systems and business units
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and gaps
• Establish consistent definitions and standards for customer information
• Support initiatives to leverage consolidated data for analytics, AI, and cross-selling
Change Management & Adoption
• Support adoption of new processes and systems across business units
• Prepare training materials, guidelines, and reference documentation
• Facilitate workshops and communication with stakeholders to drive engagement
Education & Experience xphnsxz
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, Project Management, or related field
• Previous experience in IT project coordination or business analysis is a plus
• Exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data management initiatives
Technical & Business Skills
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
• Familiarity with CRM and business systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of data governance and quality management principles
