As our new IT Project Management Officer, you'll be at the heart of it all: driving process and methodology, aligning Project Managers and stakeholders, optimizing delivery, and chioning operational excellence across our most business critical IT initiatives.Your MissionAs a key member of our Transversal IT Services team, you will: Lead the governance and performance of a dynamic project portfolio (~25 projects). Act as a center of excellence for project methodology, tools, and reporting. Partner closely with Business IT leaders to ensure on time, on budget, on scope delivery. Drive continuous improvement, inspire your peers, and lead by exle. Mentor and guide a community of Project Managers, boosting delivery capability and cross functional collaboration. What You Bring A Master's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in project/program management within complex IT environments. Strong command of project governance frameworks (PMP, Prince2, Agile). You speak Dutch or French fluently, and have a professional level of English.
