A day in the Life:
1. Coordinate daily QA operations
2. Implement and monitor strict quality protocols
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality standards
4. Driving continuous improvement initiatives
5. Manage client and internal quality audits and regulatory inspections
6. Reviews quality metrics and audit findings
7. Reviews SOPs and provides training
8. Contributes to performance management of staff
9. Enhance quality awareness and compliance
10. Staff Management of a small team
11. Lead with the voice of Quality
Keys to Success:
12. Proven leadership in quality assurance
13. Ability to successfully implement QA processes
14. Strong collaboration and communication skills
Education
15. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
Experience
16. Minimum 5 years in a QA role
17. Experience in a leadership position
18. Track record of successful process improvements
19. Experience in staff management
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
20. In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies
21. Essential – experience of GLP/GCP
22. Excellent problem-solving abilities
23. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
