What’s the scope of this role?
The Business Solution Architect is accountable to lead design, architecture and support delivery of end-to-end telecom solutions aligned with business strategy and digital transformation initiatives. The role bridges business requirements and technical implementation across OSS/BSS ecosystems, including CRM, Billing, Charging, Order Management, Inventory, and Network Systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in telecom operations, system integration, and digital BSS/OSS transformation programs.
Responsibilities
* Background as a high-end, customer-facing architect with approximately five years of enterprise software implementation experience, specializing in digital transformation.
* Experienced in working closely with senior executives to understand long‑term business objectives, architecture strategies, and operational challenges.
* Combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, guiding initiatives from planning through delivery.
* Skilled at building strong customer relationships, translating complex technical concepts into clear business value, and developing actionable plans that drive outcomes.
* A proactive problem solver with a consultative mindset—anticipating future challenges, identifying opportunities for growth, and helping customers evolve their architecture and revenue channels while advancing the company’s strategic goals.

* Strong knowledge of Telecom OSS/BSS architecture.
* Understanding of prepaid/postpaid billing systems.
* Experience in Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) and Trouble‑to‑Resolve processes.
