Your new role
As Senior Controller, you will play a key role in financial planning and analysis at the European headquarters level. Your responsibilities include:
* Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
* Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple entities
* Performing variance and margin analysis and identifying key business drivers
* Collaborating with operational teams to provide financial insights for decision-making
* Ensuring compliance with internal controls and corporate standards
* Acting as a business partner to senior management, contributing to strategic initiatives
This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
Your profile
To succeed in this role, you bring:
* A Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
* At least 5 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, audit, or similar analytical roles
* Proven experience in large international companies, preferably at HQ level
* Exposure to production or industrial environments is a strong asset
* Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
* Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems
* Strong communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders
