Job Description
* You ensure the complete management of the SAP project lifecycle (preparation, execution and closure) for new and existing customers in Belgium.
* You define, together with the client and internal managers, the specific project plan relating to the implementation and deployment of our modules/solutions.
* You are responsible for monitoring the projects entrusted to you and have a clear and precise vision of the objectives to be achieved (scope, planning, budget, quality) based on clear governance principles while ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Monitoring scope and change requests are an integral part of your role.
* You collaborate with all the teams involved, at the client's and internally, to continuously improve our methodology within the framework of the specific requirements of the projects for which you are responsible.
* You stimulate, coordinate, motivate and support all the collaborators who are part of the project.
* As a project manager and with your role in governance, you manage the project and its progress, including internal and external reporting.
* You ensure proper monitoring of the invoicing of your projects according to the planned milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, and manage SAP projects, including full-cycle implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and system integrations.
* Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, including SAP consultants, developers, business analysts, and end-users.
* Act as the main point of contact between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives.
* Monitor project progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to project governance and change control.
* Prepare and present status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
* Ensure data migration, testing, training, and go-live activities are well-planned and executed.
* Support post-go-live stabilization and transition to support teams.
