A key role in our team requires providing efficient and timely issuance of insurance policies to European clients and brokers, as well as ongoing administrative support for underwriting teams.
This involves following underwriting instructions to create new and renewal insurance policies within our technical system, reviewing and initiating policy endorsements and certificates, and analysing technical data for accurate calculations.Operational excellence is also essential, requiring the ability to review and reply to requests from brokers and clients, manage policy documentation, and maintain effective communication through various channels.

About You:
We are looking for an individual with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team. Relevant experience as a policy technician or administrator is essential, along with proficiency in using MS Word and Excel for document creation and data analysis.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, with fluency in French, Dutch, and English spoken and written. A good level of Spanish is preferred.
