Job Responsibilities: Lead the company's global IT strategy, aligning technology with business goals
Oversee digital transformation initiatives across enterprise systems and infrastructure
Manage IT security, compliance (including GDPR), cloud architecture, and data governance
Guide a global IT team across SES offices in Europe, the U.S., and Asia
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, and cloud-native platforms
Manage vendor relationships and IT budgets exceeding €100 million
Ensure business continuity, cybersecurity resilience, and disaster recovery planning
Job Requirements Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of progressive experience in enterprise IT management
At least 5 years in a C-level or senior leadership role in technology
Strong expertise in IT governance, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and ERP systems
Experience in satellite communications, aerospace, or telecom is a strong advantage
Fluent in English; French, German, or Luxembourgish is a plus
Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
Preferred Certifications:
PMP, TOGAF, ITIL, or CISSP
Experience with global compliance standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST)
Salary and Benefits Estimated Base Salary: €180,000 – €250,000 per year
Total Compensation: Up to €350,000+ with bonuses and stock incentives
