Senior SAP Support Specialist
This is a challenging role that requires a deep understanding of SAP systems, particularly in the logistics domain.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing second- and third-line remote support interventions for customers using SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and add-on products developed by SOA People.
The role involves working closely with SAP AG to resolve customer issues related to standard products and collaborating with the SOA People product development team to address customer demands for future extensions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing proactive communication about the status and results of work to stakeholders, including customers, service desk coordinators, colleague consultants, service delivery managers, and RTS management.
* Escalating operational issues internally to the service desk coordinator.
* Working primarily from Waver (Belgium) or Lyon (France).
Essential Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:
* A strong background in SAP logistics consulting, with at least 5 years' experience in parallel missions for different customers.
* In-depth knowledge of base SAP modules such as SD, MM, LE, and FI/CO, as well as good knowledge of industry-related modules like PP, EWM, PM, CS, QM, MDM, SRM, and Intrastat.
* Experience working with ECC and S/4HANA cloud environments and familiarity with ABAP (OO).
* Familiarity with SolMan on service desk and CRM modules is an asset.
* Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written. Good knowledge of Dutch is also desirable.
* ITIL experience is a plus.
