JOB DUTIES:
1. Manage and support a portfolio of B2B customers in the electronic security sector.
2. Handle inbound sales inquiries and proactively reach out to clients.
3. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow your accounts.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service.
5. Learn the ins and outs of security technology and sales strategy.
YOU MUST HAVE:
6. A proactive, customer-focused mindset and eagerness to learn.
7. Basic knowledge of MS Office
8. Interest in technology, electronics, or security systems.
9. A team player who enjoys working in a dynamic, commercial environment.
10. Fluent in French and Dutch (spoken and written)
WE VALUE:
11. Experience with SAP or other ERP system
12. Fluent in French and/or English
13. Previous experience in security sector
