Are you a strong sales leader with technical expertise who can inspire and guide a team? Do you want to build sustainable partnerships in a market focused on access solutions?

Pivotal role in driving initiatives and achieving goals in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Develop and implement an annual Sales Plan focused on turnover, margin, and channel strategy, ensuring our solutions shine in the market.

1. Guide and inspire a team of Account Managers, fostering their growth and success in a collaborative environment.
2. Cultivate strong relationships with system customers and their implementation partners to drive growth and market presence.
3. Translate market trends and technological developments into actionable commercial opportunities
4. Supervise project-based sales processes and address integration issues, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
5. Keep a close eye on commercial progress, managing quotations, margins, and pipelines to ensure we meet our targets.
6. Provide insights and updates on progress, pipeline, and results to the Country Manager contributing to our overall success.

Skilled negotiator, inspiring coach, strategic mindset

7. You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
8. You are bilingual in French and Dutch
9. You have proven experience managing commercial teams in a B2B environment, preferably within the access controls or security sectors.
10. You possess a solid understanding of access control systems.
11. You have experience with project-based sales processes and a strong ability to navigate technically complex environments.
12. Successful track record in steering large projects in the private sector as well as public tenders
