You ensure that enterprise-wide architecture principles and guard rails are applied across teams.
You liaise with Liberty Tech to align Telenet's architecture with local ambitions and group strategies.
You embed architectural thinking into investment planning and portfolio prioritization.
You ensure transformation efforts encompass people, process, and technology considerations.
You collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Technology Architects, and Business Leaders for architectural consistency.
You facilitate end-to-end value realization through cross-functional teamwork.
Requirements
5–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in Enterprise Architecture.
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into architectural direction and long-term IT roadmaps.
Excellent communication and influencing skills—comfortable with executives, technical leaders and cross-functional teams.
Proven experience in large-scale transformation and modern delivery models (e.g. DevOps, agile organisations).
Solid understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or comparable models.
Fluency in Dutch and English .
Telco industry experience is highly preferred due to the complexity and scale of the environment.
Nice to have
Knowledge of AI trends and their implications for enterprise architecture.
Experience with Jira, LeanIX or similar tooling.
Formal EA certification (TOGAF or equivalent).
