JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the Logistics team to meet development and business goals.
2. Oversee logistics network performance, including transportation, warehousing, and reverse logistics.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Procurement, Planning) to align logistics strategies with business objectives.
4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using tools like SAP and Power BI.
5. Manage carrier relationships and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
6. Monitor and report on KPIs and financial metrics; lead performance review meetings.
7. Coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
Qualifications
8. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
9. 10+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
10. Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional logistics teams.
11. Strong analytical skills and experience with logistics systems and data tools.
12. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
13. Fluent in English, Dutch and French
