Your role: SAP Solutions Analyst
As our SAP Solutions Analyst, you'll be the bridge between business needs and technology solutions. You'll ensure our SAP S/4HANA platform runs smoothly, optimize critical business processes, and drive digital transformation initiatives that make a real impact.

Your key responsibilities
* Support and troubleshoot. Act as second-line support for SAP-related incidents and service requests. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve complex problems efficiently.
* Optimize and Improve. Review change requests and propose cost-effective best practice solutions. Identify opportunities for process optimization.
* Contribute to projects. Participate in SAP implementation and enhancement projects, from blueprinting to go-live.
* Document & Train. Create clear documentation and user manuals.
* Expand your scope. Learn and support 24Flow, our production and planning platform integrated with SAP.
This is how we describe you
* Master's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Technical Skills:
* Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA (user management, integration, system support).
* Solid experience in at least one SAP module (e.g., SAP MM, SAP FI/CO, SAP SD, or others)
* Understanding of SAP security protocols and role-based access controls.
* Experience with SAP configuration and customization.
* Experience with ticketing systems and incident management.
* Analytical mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Communication: Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to business stakeholders.
* Fluent in English.
Nice to have
* SAP certification
* ABAP knowledge or understanding of ABAP programming
* Familiarity with SAP Public or Private Cloud solutions
* Knowledge of project management methodologies
* Dutch language skills
